Is it time to branch out and get some perspective on the world? I made this episode for a girl that sent me a message on IG, and I think it can benefit anyone who's thinking about traveling to dance, but hasn't done it yet π

It might be hard, and it might seem impossibleβ¦ but no matter how bad you may perceive your life, someone else has had it way worse, and has overcome it. β½ βοΈ β§ βοΈ β‘ β β¦οΈ β
β‘ βοΈ βΌ βΎ Welcome back to the Strategic Stripping Podcast, The last time I did a series, was the psychology of selling series. It was a three part series, and the psychology of selling is a book written by Brian Tracy who you may already know is the guy who really changed my life and finances. I felt like I was doing pretty well at workβ¦ But I certainly knew I could do a whole lot better, and it was after studying Brian's work that was the tipping point for me in my journey of self development, because he showed me how successful people think and actβ¦ and it was a realization of ~ You can make a whole lot more moneyβ¦.. So figure that out, and go do it. Thatβs the only series I've done so far, and a lot of girls loved it. So it's time for another series, and the significance of this one I believe will be even better. And I don't say that lightly. Brian Tracy talks a lot about the power of your mindβ¦ and how the most successful people in the world aren't focusing on their problems. They're focused on finding solutions. One of my favorite quotes by him is "the person that you see, is the person you will be." He talks about the power of your super subconscious mind, and how your brain is like a homing pigeon. That you can put a homing pigeon in a box, drive it hundreds of miles away from its homeβ¦ let it outβ¦ and it will be able to make it straight back to its home. He says your subconscious mind operates the same way when it has a goal. When you set a goal, something called your reticular activating system goes to work without you even being aware of it, and is on constant alert for how to attain your goal. Most people don't know (besides not knowing at all that they even have a reticular activating system) is that your RAS (reticular activating system)... just like the law of attractionβ¦ is ALWAYS workingβ¦ Even when you don't consciously set a goal. So if you are focusing on not having enough moneyβ¦ You need to get moneyβ¦ whereβs the money? How come you havenβt made more money? Youβre communicating to your reticular activating system, AND to the universeβ¦ your using the law of attractionβ¦ to be on high alert for WHERE is the MONEY. βWhere is the money?β Is not HAVING the MONEY. Please listen to what Iβm about to say. If youβve never done psychedelics, this may be difficult to wrap your head around, but I have faith in you. Consciousness, is THE ONLY REALITY. Literally everything you focus your attention on, you are CREATING. You are creating more of that thing. Whether thatβs a future reality you want and donβt have yet, or whether youβre focusing on your life problems. We become what we think about, most of the time. This is not new knowledge. This is not woo woo knowledge. This is 100%, absolute truth. So Brian clearly explains the principles of changing your lifeβ¦ and how your thoughts control your actions which ultimately controls where you end up in lifeβ¦ But Bruce explains things from a much deeperβ¦ Like down to the single cell, deeper, level.β¦
This episode is a little out of the ordinary for this channel... but none of us are ordinary anyway, so I wanted to share something new with y'all that I've been doing a lot of lately, and it's really helped give me some very surprising answers to the questions I've asked. Just like a picture is *never* as good as the real thing... I really try to do yoga justice by talking about it, but what I (or anyone else) can tell you about it, is equivalent to a low-quality polaroid picture of the real thing (and even that's an overstatement.) Exercise is the cure for depression, will help eliminate self-doubt, worry, fear, anxiety, feeling wobbly or weak... it will help you feel graceful, strong, beautiful, peaceful, present, powerful, flexible... Want to stand tall instead of be hunched over as time goes by? Do yoga! Want to chronologically reverse your age? Do yoga! Want not only LπK better but to also FEEL GREAT in your own body? Eliminate stress, anxiety, worry... (I know I said those already, but they're worth repeating, because being able to leave them in your past is such a blessing...) Want to be a better mom, wife, partner, dancer, friend, businesswoman, lover, fantasy, human being that you appreciate when you look in the mirror?... DO YOGA!!!! I mean it. Do it, do it consistently (a few times a week is a great starting point), you don't even have to leave your house. My favorite channel for yoga is (and has been for like 4 years) Boho Beautiful Yoga. I'm desperately trying to encourage you to give it a try (as a woman or a man!!). It'll improve your whole life. Please do it ππΌ it's also one of the key fundamental paths to enlightenment π (Start there, and then I'll tell you what the other 2 are when you're ready) π Lastly, as a dancer, it's particularly important for you, because you walk around in heels for hours at a time, and move in very unnatural positions to do dances. Do your future self a favor that she'll thank you forever for, and start doing yoga this week.
