No wonder burnout is a real thing amongst us special needs moms. Not that we mention it of course. But I get you momma and I’ve been there. Heck, sometimes I still have days like this. Besides the fact there can be all kinds of different reasons for feeling like this (which I will talk about in another episode), luckily there are ways that can help you going from feeling burned out to having a burnout. Whatever the root of the burnout may be. I hope these tips help you to relax, find joy and recharge even on the worst days.
