If you’re anything like me, you are guilty of giving the silent treatment or even throwing a fit, raising your voice or using a rude voice with the people you love the most. You’ve been critical of yourself and of other people and maybe you even feel like you don’t matter. This episode is for you, I’ve been there with you and I hope you listen and practice these two tips to help relieve some of the pain of not getting this need met or at least thinking it’s not being met.
