In this final part of our 4-part focus on Opportunity Mindset, we explore the concept of saboteurs - the things that can hold us back, sabotage our success and impact our confidence and overall sense of wellness and satisfaction in what we do. In all aspects of life, understanding how to ensure the things that motivate you (e.g. helping others) doesnt slip into the 'dark side' of self-sabotage (e.g. people-pleasing to the detriment of looking after yourself) we share tips for noticing, managing and adjusting to a happier healthier view of yourself. Useful for our own mindset, its a great framework to help others too. Lots of organisations are focusing on the benefits of kindness at work - and this is a practical way we can be kinder to ourselves and in turn to others (less judgement, more compassion).
