Our thoughts become our actions which manifest in how we talk to an treat ourselves, how we allow ourselves to be treated, and ultimately how we treat others. It all starts with self-talk which is the messages we tell ourselves. These messages are the soundtrack to and of our lives. Of the thousands of thoughts we think each day, 80% of them are negative. During our meditation today, we reflect on this negative self-talk and how we can ultimately change the messages we are sending ourselves because we are worthy of joy, love, and good things.
