In this episode, we talk about connecting to patients virtually and ideas to support new or improved ways of strengthening connection. We discuss tips to support communication with patients as practices respond to the changing context of the pandemic, and the potential value of virtual group visits- both in terms of having multiple providers participate in a virtual appointment and multiple patients in a virtual group visit.
