This guided meditation is a beginner's level meditation, but is good to use by anyone as way to center and de-stress. This meditation focuses on being the compassionate, non-judging, non-reacting observer to your mind and body. It also helps you get used to being centered in Conscious-Awareness and identifying yourself as Conscious-Awareness, the gateway to your power to heal, awaken and grow.
