Inner healing and freedom is possible for anyone willing to put in the hard work to be emotionally healthy. Statistics from the Boiling Point Report on mental health states that 30% have a close friend or family member who has trouble controlling their anger, 10% have trouble controlling their own anger, 80% of drivers say they have been involved in road rage incidents, 50% have overreacted to online interactions with anger, 20% have ended a relationship because of anger issues, 50% of people don't know where to seek help for their anger and 5% of people have had a physical fight with their neighbors because of anger. Anger has a root cause and addressing the root leads to inner healing. Anger is a symptom of pain that if left unaddressed leads to inner bondage emotionally. In this episode, Drs. Johnson and Feyi Obamehinti answer the question from the Bible and offer practical tips towards inner healing with the Holy Spirit's guidance.
