This week Michelle talks to Kristin Dovbniak about Intuitive Eating. We talk about tuning into what your body needs rather than tuning out and not paying attention to how foods may be affecting you. We also discuss body image, loving food, dieting and restriction. She walks us through how our plate might look after we make this switch and how you may see changes in your blood sugar regulation and your health. We also talk about what impacts modeling intuitive eating may have on what your kids eat and how we are raising our daughters to love their bodies.
