As previously discussed, Halloween/All Hallows Eve/Samhain is the start of the new year on the old pagan calendar. We figured, why not try something new? So welcome to our first official book club in which we picked an author/book and break down a chapter each week.
As a rule, we have always championed going to the source of a public figure you might have big feelings about. This week, we put this into practice with a mystery author who will be revealed at the end of the episode. As a brief backstory, Kailey listened to a first-hand interview (instead of clips on social media or an author's editorial) and realized there was a lot of value in this author's research and the way complex concepts are articulated so clearly.
Thus, here we are, reviewing this author's rules for living life better. Each week we will read a summary, review key concepts/favorite quotes, and review our reactions (both positive and negative).
