Diet culture complicates nutrition when in reality - it’s really quite simple.

But what happens when you want to care for your health BUT:

→ You don’t know what ‘healthy eating’ looks like anymore.

→ You’re worried you’ll revert back to your dieting ways.

→ You’re so burned out from your dieting days that even the thought of vegetables makes you feel restricted.
