Jay Campbell is a friend of mine and is undoubtedly one of the most prominent voices, if not the most famous, in the hormone world. He wrote the "Testosterone Optimization Therapy Bible," "Testosterone Replacement Therapy Manual," and now he is adding a fantastic new book, "30 Days 2 Shred: Reprogram Your Mind and Metabolism." I've had the luxury of reading the new book, which is fantastic. Jay and I chat about a lot of meathead interests, such as HRT, diet, and training style, but we also get into more significant ideas, such as global health and spirituality.
