Sally Colón-Petree, a Chicago native with 25+ years in the entertainment industry, moved to LA in 1996 to chase her dreams. She started at MTV Networks, coordinating contestants for "Single Out" hosted by Jenny McCarthy for 2 years. Sally then landed a role in "Eight Heads in A Duffel Bag" alongside Joe Pesci and David Spade. She guest-starred on shows like "Suddenly Susan," "Family Matters," and "The Young and The Restless," while also featuring in national commercials for "Radio Shack," "JcPenny," and “Honda.” Sally co-hosted female-oriented talk shows and graced the cover of "Woman's World" magazine. In 2001, she signed a $1.3 million record deal with music mogul Suzanne DePasse for the Latin girl group, So Luna.

In 2004, Sally founded Dream On Productions in LA, a female-driven boutique Production Company. Their mission is to create socially impactful, educational content addressing global and local issues. Their first original production was "Tour TV," a reality show providing backstage access to concert tours. Sally also freelanced as a producer and director for companies like PureFlix Entertainment and White Door Media.

In 2014, Dream On embarked on their first feature documentary, "Women Like Us." Sally and her team spent three years exploring women's social injustices locally and globally. The documentary premiered at the Los Angeles Women's International Film Festival in 2017 and was selected for the 2018 Bentonville Film Festival. It featured Catt Sadler, Sherri Shepherd, and music by Grammy-nominated artist MOBY. Sally recently penned her first script, "Shattered Glass House," set for production in 2024.

In 2019, after her father's suicide, Sally became a Certified Transformation Coach, dedicating herself to helping women and teen girls discover their true selves and embark on a self-love journey. She currently resides in Valencia, CA, with her two teenage daughters and is the founder of “Girls Empowered,” a six-week mentoring program empowering junior high and high school girls.
