Today I want to talk about setting life-goals. And I want to start with a key distinction that most people ignore when setting goals in general: make your decisions based on end goals, not means goals.
You see, most people associate setting goals and their visions for the future with career and money. It’s all about being able to qualify for the right college, obtaining that summer internship, getting the right job, hitting certain income levels, and so on and so forth. And that is how they wake up one day in their forties asking themselves where did they take a wrong turn and how did they end up feeling stuck in a boring, uninspiring life…
