Katie Bacarella is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and P&PA coach who became who she needed after her first pregnancy & postpartum experience. She was an avid CrossFit athlete who, like me, was pretty surprised on how these seasons of pregnancy & postpartum impacted her athletic endeavors.
