In this episode we are talking relationships and how that changes after having children. It's all about conscious living making the decision of what you want your relationship to look and feel like down the road. It's so easy to get wrapped up in parenthood and forget who you are, today we talk about how to avoid that and find the balance in parenting. Who Is Miranda Clark: I am a mental health therapist, working primarily with couples. My favorite couples are those who are new/expectant parents and navigating the relationship changes that occur once a baby is brought home. I am a Bringing Baby Home, and 7 Principles educator from the Gottman institute and have been in private practice in the state of Oregon for over 10 years. I live with my husband of almost 17 years, and together have two daughters aged 8 and 5.
