Do you avoid lifting certain areas of your body to avoid unwanted bulking? Or maybe you see some women who lift and you don't want to achieve the same physique they have. I've heard it more than once from women who have fear of lifting because they do not want to look bulky, however, lifting is extremely impactful in our overall longevity, so it's important to understand it.
