Today I talk with Chris Spealler! Fitness, sports, and adventure have always been a part of Chris’s life. He grew up playing multiple sports and was a top 20 college wrestler. In 2006 Chris found CrossFit and went on to compete in 8 CrossFit games, finishing as high as 3rd in 2010. During these years he opened Park City Fit! Since retiring from CrossFit, Chris continues to find balance inside and outside of the gym living in Park City, Utah where he lives with her wife Sarah and their two children!
