Nikisha is such an amazing person! She is one of our very own Powerhouse girls from right here in Salt Lake City! In this episode, Nikisha tells us about how she overcame addiction (she is 9 years sober this year!), a DUI, an absent mom who later passed away from an overdose, and overall being dealt a "bad hand" in life. She reminds us that YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A PRODUCT OF YOUR ENVIRONMENT! She made all these changes, left an abusive relationship, designed her own life, and demanded a change in her life by showing up and putting in the work.
