ADHD Transformation is making a dramatic change in the form, appearance, or the experience of your ADHD. It is allowing yourself to release the traits or symptoms of ADHD that have been impacting you and your business. I share with you how specifically you can do this in a three step process.

Releasing your racing thoughts, overwhelm, anxiety, lack of focus, etc is possible! I share in this episode briefly about my personal transformation as someone who went from having really low self-esteem and hating my brain to finding peace, calm, and freedom within my brain.

Now, running my business has become so much easier!

What you’ll learn in today’s episode:

  • The 3 steps to releasing your symptoms which are, Step 1- Releasing Unconscious Patterns Holding you Back, Step 2 - Connecting with your Personal Power, and Step 3 - Health Habits and Routines
  • Shame is an experience many people with ADHD experience, when you decide what you believe to be true about yourself - you step into your personal power, and navigating ADHD becomes easier.
  • The real issue is not that you were labeled with ADHD, but the real issue is the relationship you have with your ADHD

Journal Prompts:

  • What is the suitcase you are carrying around with you that are weighing you down?
  • What is the reward you get for staying stuck where you are?
  • How much is it costing you to drag this suitcase around the world with you?
  • How much it is costing you in your business?
  • How much money are you losing out in your business because of it?

I wonder if you are starting to realize yet, that the way you perceive yourself is the way that you show up in the world. So if you perceive yourself as someone who is a hot scattered mess, you are going to have a hard time show up as someone who can navigate life with ease. If you perceive yourself as someone who is amazing at what you do, that is how you are going to show up. Call in the truest most authentic version of yourself and allow yourself to step into that space, even if it feels scary.
