Long gone are the days that we are telling our children to only speak when spoken to, and to quit crying, there’s a new wave of consciousness speaking to so many of us as parents, helping us guide our children in their journey far differently than past generations.
It’s no secret our children challenge us to great extremes, as we meet our own shadows + emotional pain at the deepest, especially when they’re in an emotional wave. However, rather than manipulating our love for them and letting our own inner child lead, we’re re-parenting ourselves to emotionally meet our youngins to help regulate them, versus ignore their nervous system responses.
