Dr. Robert Sallis is a Past-President of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and currently chairs Exercise is Medicin, a joint initiative of ACSM and the American Medical Association. A great advocate of the health benefits gained through physical activity, Dr. Sallis is a family physician practising at Kaiser Permanente in, California.
