In this episode, Anna, Janet and Juli discuss mountain bike festivals and we were lucky enough to get to interview Erik Schutz, President of Ascutney Trails Association and one of the masterminds whom teamed up with Mountain Flyer Magazine to start Flow State Mountain Bike Festival with their innaugural event hosted at Ascutney Mountain last year in 2021. Erik was gracious enough to sit down with us during the festival this year and we get to share with you the the story how it all started, how its going and all the effort that goes behind it. We also share with you our 11 favorite tips to get the most out of your bike festival experience.

This awesome group hosts weekly ladies ride every Tuesday night that includes novice, intermediate and advanced levels and will split up according to skill levels.
