Today I am talking about what to do if you experience constant, obsessive or stressful thoughts about food. Often referred to as a lot of "food noise". I will talk through 5 reasons why food might be on your mind all the time. And, if you relate to this, I will offer some gentle steps you can take so food becomes less obsessive and more peaceful.
