On this episode of Food Allergy Talk, I welcome back our special guest, my oldest son, Stetson Horne. This time to talk all things Disneyland Resort and California Adventure.

Stetson has been to Disneyland Resort, California Adventure, Walt Disney World, Epcot, and a Disney Cruise.

He successfully visited all the parks and went on a cruise with peanut and shellfish allergy. However, between our last visit to Disneyland Thanksgiving of 2021, and our return trip end of January 2022 – Stetson was diagnosed with 7 new allergens: pecan, walnut, oat, garlic, sweet potato, watermelon and pear.

We left on our most recent Disney trip not knowing if he would be able to eat at the parks at all, but were pleasantly surprised to find he could still enjoy many of his favorites, and even found some new favorites!
