Are you just starting your workout journey? Or maybe its been a minute since you have moved around? @HIITyasa Level 0 is the perfect place to start. This 15 min format begins with breathing and has yoga, strength, cardio, core, and stretching...all in one workout.
All you need is YOU! You don't even need shoes if you don't want them. If you have small hand weights and a mat, grab them....if you don't have either..that is fine too!
Put on your favorite music in the background, grab some water and a towel, and lets get moving.
