Growing up, I always had way more male friends than female friends, and sadly, my reasoning would have likely followed the old "girls are just too much drama" mindset. Well, I very much do not believe that is the case and have been incredibly blessed with some wonderful women to walk along side in my life.
In this week's episode, I want to touch on why female friendships are so important for our health and well-being, and why they are truly worth our time and effort (if you don't already know :)
