The biggest distraction in life is not tv, social media or even your cell phone. The biggest distraction to you, is you. Because you spend most of your day thinking, you rarely enjoy the present moment. Stop thinking about the past. Stop worrying about the future. Breath, and take in the present moment. Train your mind daily to notice small actions, like tasting every bite of food you eat or your feet pressing against the ground as you walk. Doing this can help increase your focus and concentration and allow you to get more out of life then daydreaming. Control your mind. Don't let your mind control you.
