Being the “beginner” can be uncomfortable, vulnerable, and awkward so the avoidance of allowing yourself to be a beginner and feel the feelings can be holding you back. Asking you in this episode to get honest with yourself about who and where you are. How letting go of your “expert” title and fear of admitting the struggle in certain areas will humble you and lead to your biggest growth and expansion.

When I came face to face with my own ego, I was shocked to see what I saw. This was a huge blind spot for me so in this episode I give you some things to think about in terms of getting honest with yourself about where you are and how I made peace with being the beginner and being vulnerable.
