Bev is a psychotherapist who has extensive experience doing therapy with physicians in particular, as well as conducting workshops on mindfulness for Queen’s School of Medicine. We asked her about her perspective on the psychological challenges surgeons experience during their training, and her thoughts on what we could do to make ourselves more resilient.
