Kevin Savoy is a business coach and owner of ByNan Business Solutions. He joins Daren today to discuss the ins and outs about starting being a business owner and how to get an idea off the ground and into fruition. Prior to getting into coaching Kevin worked as an engineer, having spent time in sales and business development, and since May 2011 has been helping small business owners gain success in their careers and hit their business goals. The key aspect of a business coach is ensuring accountability, and by working with his clients to foster trust based relationships Kevin is able to act as a firm advocate for them in achieving their business goals and dreams. When it comes to being a business owner, there are often a lot of aspects and tasks that seem overwhelming or daunting and Kevin helps support and guide his clients into navigating the waters of being their own boss. What most people need is a self-described “unreasonable friend” who keeps the success of the business, and themselves, at the forefront - and Kevin fills this role, and more, for his clients.
