Bryn Griffiths and Dave Jamieson… just a couple of sportscasters from Canada who’ve dealt with cancer, beaten it back and now push forward living the best life they can.
Bryn lost my whole stomach thanks to cancer, while Dave dealt with throat cancer, brutally tough for a guy who makes his living… with his voice!!
But here they are… both deciding to do something positive, to shine a light on the sports people who’ve taken on cancer, getting right back to a regular lifestyle.
They can’t say it’s been easy, because it hasn’t been. But they’ve kept a great attitude and we now continue to surge along doing things we love- including talking about sports.
We recognize not every cancer story has a happy ending, but there are many people who’ve survived the dark days, and have come out smiling, realizing there’s still lots of life ahead of them PLUS they’re more than happy to share their story and their sports career with you.
