Here I reflect over some of My Past Mistakes and why I've not been posting recently. I also update you on where I'm currently at now with regards to my Health and Fitness. For the People Interested in Nutrition, the Diet I'm on now is Called IIFYM (If It Fits Your Macros). It's really easy to follow and would Highly recommend it for Weight Loss. If you're looking to get below 10% Body Fat then I'd definitely recommend trying the Keto Diet, it's a GREAT Way to get your Body to Burn Body Fat.
