Changing is one of the hardest things you can do, especially when you set out on your weight loss journey. Here’s the thing about change. If we are not changing, then we’re not growing. If you want to change and succeed on your weight loss journey, only you can do it. I can’t do it for you, your wife, kids, mom, dad, fitness trainer, pastor, whomever - they can’t do it for you. You have to embrace the change and the challenges that come with it to make it a reality
As long as you stay consistent, take action, and implement small changes throughout your daily life, it will make a huge impact on your weight loss success long-term. In this video, we discuss 10 things you have to change in order to lose weight. The first five are changes that should be made immediately, and will have a critical impact over time. The next five you can ease in to over your first month or two of trying to lose weight.
