The holiday season has descended on us here in America, and it comes with so many more tasks or projects, events, and merry-making, all in an effort to make the season more intentional and feel celebrated.

But our health stays with us in every season, and in colder months in America, it can mean more time indoors and less activity overall.

In today’s episode, I’m giving you a few of my tricks to keep moving through your holiday season, boost that metabolism and energy, manage stress and even some cravings, and maybe even get a leg up on all those New Year’s Eve resolution hustlers.
