As we pursue purpose, we will encounter fear. How we respond when fear arise determines whether or not we fulfill purpose. Fear is the urge to take flight (to run away from). God encourages us over and over not be overcome by fear. To walk in purpose we must be able to stare fear in the face and still step out in faith. In this episode I have shared my own experience of being crippled by fear and how I was able to conquer fear as I continued on my pursuit of purpose. The first step is not to deny the feeling but to acknowledge and deal with it. Fear will continue to have control over you if you keep sweeping it under the carpet or hiding it.
