Wardo continues his myth busting by covering a very commonly diagnosed problem for people with chronic low-back pain: anterior pelvic tilt.

Although it’s true that anterior pelvic tilt can be a total pain in the ass, it likely isn’t the root cause of your pain. If you have been told that this is the cause of your back pain you have been lied to.
