What do I mean by wear the coach's presenting hat? Simply this : next time you sit in on a presentation either in-person or virtual, within your own company or at an event think about the feedback you would give the presenter if you were their presentation coach.
In sport we 'watch and learn'. In business we tend to watch but not often think about learning as well.
In the episode I relay a recent example of where I watched a presenter in action and wore the coach's hat. You can use example to understand how you can wear the coach's presenting hat and by so doing help you deliver better, more successful presentations.
The same applies to sale pitches, keynote speakers and those delivering their elevator pitch at a networking event.
