Starting a business can be overwhelming! There are so many thoughts that swirl around in our heads that can keep us from getting started. On this episode of the Becoming a Sleep Consultant Podcast I came clean with my own thoughts that were preventing me from achieving success in the beginning. My hope is that by sharing my own mental obstacles you will feel empowered to challenge your own! When launching my business, my top three barriers to success were:
- Technology – I consider myself to be borderline computer illiterate
- Admitting to others that I wanted more from life than what I already had
- Fear of growth. This one’s complicated. You’ll have to listen in to understand!
