I am delighted to have reached 100 episodes of the podcast, it has been a labour of love running for 4 years, starting out in lockdown. Awesome guests, fabulous stories from around the world withe the common achievement of racing in their age category in a multisport discipline.
I am also delighted to have my better half, my wife of 33 years, Kate Conway, otherwise known as Mrs C, on this 100th edition.
