Jen is a podcast host, author, speaker, and community builder, she’s devoted to helping women over 50 discover their full potential and reclaim their power. She’s the host of the "Fabulous Over 50" podcast, (formerly Hardy Mom) where she provides actionable tips and advice that will help you level up in your career, relationships, and life. She is also the host of “Medical Gaslighting” podcast, which aims to educate and empower people with chronic illness and pain. Jen was raised by an entrepreneur and started working in the family business at the age of 12. She’s been blogging since 2015; wrote the book, “The Sick Mom’s Guide to Having Fun Again” in 2017; and started the “Fabulous Over 50” Podcast in 2018. In 2022 she published three 5-year journals; one for business owners to build their success, one for those on a quest for happiness; and one for moms with chronic illness.
