This week we chat about protein. Are you getting enough? We're both pretty sure we're not. Protein is the building blocks for balanced hormones, body repair, recovery and we don't think we have been getting nearly enough in our diets lately. That is one of our slow girl things. WTF is slow girl things? It's a movement that has been taking over social media lately about women slowing down to repair and recover their body from high stress, high cortisol things. Like HIIT? Switch it for walking or pilates?
Tully also has been removed from all group chats after recording this, not really though, but she talks about how too much screen time at night was contributing to her anxiety and what she was switched it out for instead. All things to set up our days to be a better days and for us to be better each day.
