Christian community is – what? A group of friends? An encouraging place to belong? Hopefully – yes. But there’s a more foundational image the New Testament wants us to see. We are to see each other as family. And that’s not just a fancy way of saying “really close”, it’s a fundamental shift on how we see and think about life together.
