Let's face the fear of the edit together. I am writing a book and am at the point where it is time to edit. And edit a lot. But it is scary. We all reach places in our goals that are scary and we allow fear to keep us stuck.
If this is you no matter your goal I have some tips for you.
- First reach out for help, and accept the feedback that comes.
- Realize there is no right or wrong answers, just answers
- Stop worrying
- It is ok to change your mind
- Set up some accountability for yourself including a plan, schedule and rewards.
- Be in the scary.
- Find balance and
- Own the self-sabotage.
Life is amazing but it is hard. And to reach any of our goals we need to face the scary. But you are worth the effort. And in the end, there are no right tor wrong answers for your life, just answers. As long as you are doing things with intention and purpose you will make it. ----more----
