In order to know the God of the bible one need to know that the Bible is His Word! He wrote it by inspiration of the Holy Spirit and gave it to us so that we can KNOW HIM! Unfortunately many have left the teachings of God's word for the teachings of man. This can leave us feeling helpless and alone in a world that is trying to get us to conform to itself instead of to the image and likeness of God. We need to not only 'know' the Word of God but we need to 'know' the God of the Word who will then equip us for His glory.
