it's not an april fool's joke, it just seemed appropriate.
ever been holding so long to talk to a supervisor that you start to record the call yourself?
i had actually gotten a bill a few minutes before, but never gotten a notification about the new bill..
so it wasn't a double bill, they just changed their billing i guess... i dunno.
Anyways- hear me talk to customer service like a game show host!
