In this episode, I break down some of the common boxes we tend to put ourselves in within the self-help community and how this bad habit can be diminishing, limiting and, over time, dangerous. I break down some of the boxes I've put myself into over the years and how I got out of them. I talk about why we put ourselves in these boxes in the first place, how to use various systems to our advantage (instead of letting them use us!) and how to finally break free from our own limitations!
