Hey weather watchers! This is your friendly neighborhood meteorologist with the latest forecast for New York City.
Tonight, we're looking at a mild overnight situation with a 40 percent chance of showers before 5 in the morning. Temperatures will stay steady around 57 degrees Fahrenheit, with some spicy south winds gusting up to 26 miles per hour. Hold onto your hats!
Monday brings a gradual clearing with temperatures reaching a pleasant 59 degrees Fahrenheit. Expect west winds around 10 to 16 miles per hour keeping things interesting.
The excitement ramps up Tuesday night when we're expecting some serious rainfall. We're talking possible heavy rain with precipitation amounts between half and three-quarters of an inch. Winds will be dancing around, switching from east to west and potentially gusting up to 23 miles per hour.
