Show Notes:
Today’s guest is the accomplished yet so relatable, Allison Callaway. We met as co workers in the tech industry, and I've witnessed her servant leadership firsthand. She is an entrepreneurial, multifaceted creative talent, and Allison's career trajectory began at the famed New York Fashion Institute of Technology. It has led her to consult with some of the largest online retailers, as well as startups on how to run their business and build their brand in the fashion industry. Now as the education director for Phoenix Fashion Week, she's a sought after speaker and trainer for emerging designers. She's seen it all behind the scenes in the industry, even having styled some household names on the set of Ocean's 13. George Matt, Bernie, Brad. Yeah, that bread. She's now coming full circle with her own fashion brand, as the creative director and owner of Skirt The Issues. She's a mom to a now college bound daughter and we talk all about how embracing the change and keeping an optimistic mindset can be a launchpad for more joy in your life, and for redefining yourself in your next chapters.
