We're backkk!!! To the lovely people that are still following us THANK YOU! So we decided to start off with something that is very near and dear to us, and that is the epidemic of body shamming, bullying, and perpetuating impossible narratives about what is considered beautiful. Research has shown that the percentage of young boys and girls, getting cosmetic procedures has sky rocketed, so in this episode we discuss the damaging role that social media, TV and movies play, and the lasting effects it can have, in the form of eating disorders and other mental health illnesses.
P.S The ghost has not left the building, matter in fact it has gotten louder so we decided to name it.. Anarkali and she can be a total pill sometimes so just bear with her. She's opinionated.
